Policies

Refunds:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Next, you will need to ship the item you wish to be refunded back to our address.

To begin the process of receiving your refund, please contact lemegetthatt@gmail.com with your order #, reason for return, and tracking # for return shipment. Once we receive and confirm your return, you will be refunded and emailed with an update. 

 

Shipping policies:

Invalid Addresses

To ensure the quickest fulfillment of your order, it is important that you enter your receiving address correctly, in full- without any missing information. If the address you share for your order is invalid, we are usually notified by our shipping platform that there is a problem. In these cases, we will contact you at the email address you provide us notifying you that an edit is needed to correct your address. Until you respond either bypassing the error or providing the proper correction, your order will not be shipped. There is a 2 week period that we will hold your order awaiting your response. If these 2 weeks expire without us receiving any response from you, your order will be canceled and refunded. 

In the case that our shipment system does not indicate anything wrong with your address, however USPS does, then your order will be returned to us via USPS. There is no exact amount of time that this takes. It may take days or weeks. We do not control the speed of USPS operations, so please keep this in mind. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you and give you the option to either correct the address for re-shipment or cancel and refund the order. If you do choose to have your order re-shipped, the customer must bare the cost of a new shipping label. In the event of a re-shipment, we will contact you explaining the payment process. 

 

Incorrect Addresses

It is very important that you review and verify the address you provide for your order, as we do not claim any responsibility for a customer entering the wrong address. In the event that your shipment is delivered but you do not see any package at your address, please either review your order confirmation email to view the address you provided, or contact us via instagram or email with your order number for us to check and share with you the address that we received from you. If you entered a USPS valid address, the package will be delivered to that address. If that address happened to be different than what you intended, we claim no responsibility for this error and WILL NOT grant any refunds for this event. We recommend that you either contact USPS or visit the address that it was delivered to in order to obtain your package. 

The CUSTOMER is responsible for providing the correct address. 

WE are not responsible for any error on your end. 

 

Stolen or Lost Packages

In the event that your shipment is delivered, you do not see any package at your address, and the address you provided us is the correct address, we are NOT responsible for any disappearance of a package. It is your responsibility to secure your mail and stay attentive to the tracking of your package. We encourage all customers to frequently check the progression of the shipment’s tracking in order to know when to expect your delivery and secure its possession.
